The Key Account Executive will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for visiting stores, maintaining relationships with store managers and staff, and ensuring product presence and support. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between stores within the allocated region.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to stores in your assigned region
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
- Ensure optimal product visibility and placement
- Monitor and report on stock levels and promotional execution
- Communicate promotional campaigns and marketing material to stores
- Provide basic training to in-store staff on product offerings
- Gather market and competitor intelligence during visits
- Handle any queries or concerns from store staff professionally
- Promote brand image and ensure consistent messaging
- Maintain accurate visit logs and reports
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Collaborate with regional sales teams for alignment
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional and courteous at all times
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within the allocated region daily
