- A Marketing or Business degree (3-year minimum) and at least 5 years of experience in brand or direct marketing.
- Fluency in digital selling, project orchestration, and customer lifecycle strategy.
- A radar for market trends, a toolkit of communication channels, and a knack for analytical storytelling.
- You negotiate with clarity, research with rigour, and manage budgets like a strategist.
