Santam Human Resources has two positions available for a dynamic, results-orientated and client centric Talent Acquisition Lead who will be based in Gauteng or Western Cape. These positions will support the below Business Units:1. Client Solutions2. Broker Solutions This role will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a full end to end talent acquisition (TA) service a specific region. The role will be responsible to ensure we deliver a professional TA service that includes sourcing, interviewing, conducting of integrity checks and offer management. This role will also manage the HR onboarding process. This role will actively implement the TA strategy around recruitment channels to ensure we provide a best cost-fit TA solution to the business.What will make you successful in this role?
