IT Process Analyst / Tester (Contract) RandburgWe are looking for a Process Analyst / Tester with strong experience in test automation and process mapping. This role plays a critical part in setting up automated test frameworks, supporting CI/CD integration, and mapping technical and business processes.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate with both technical and business teams.Position: Contract role for 12 months (possible renewal)Work Model: OnsiteCore Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Execute both manual and automated tests across SAP and mobile platforms
Track, document and validate bugs; support dev team with resolution
Map and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
Create and update process flows, swim lane diagrams, workflows, and blueprints
Maintain accurate test plans, cases, user guides and technical documentation
Ensure compliance and support good governance standards

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (essential)
2-4 years' experience in software testing, test automation, or business analysis (essential)
Experience with debugging tools and techniques (essential)
