Correspondence will be entered into only with shortlisted candidates.Job Purpose:Collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.Key Job Outputs:
- Prepare talent management reports for Board, Board sub-committees, Exco and Human Capital Manco.
- Conduct research and analysis on Human Capital and Transformation issues and any other issues of interest to Executives.
- Compilation of Human Capital dashboard
- Analyse Human Capital information to determine business sustainability,
- Conduct benchmark analysis for financial and non-financial human capital related metrics.
- Liaise with Business units across the organisation, sourcing human capital and transformation related information/data.
- Analyse related data and statistics for trends and patterns.
- Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Analyse remuneration and long-term incentives for Exco and below.
- Assist with the allocation of performance-based long-term incentives (LTIs).
- Gather data for Remuneration policy and sustainability and assess relevancy for shareholder approval at Annual General Meeting.
- Assist with the identification of ESG metrics aligned to our ESG agenda.
- Compile relevant sections of sustainability reports.
- Prepare all Employment Equity submissions to Department of Employment and Labour.
- Take responsibility for the Employment Equity element in the Company’s BEE scorecard.
- Track and monitor the group’s Employment Equity Profile.
- Prepare Employment Equity reports for SET Committee, Manco and site forums.
- Report (monthly) on Group’s Employment Equity performance
- Submit management control data and relevant documents for external verification.
- Sourcing for Non-Executive Directors and Senior executives’ positions.
- Conducting stay discussions and Exit interviews of talent pipeline.
- Serve as liaison between Executive Director and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence with vendors.
- Manage Executive Director of Human Capital and Transformation’s calendar.
- Manage CEO and CFO office on adhoc basis.
- Process purchase orders for Human capital related expenses.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science or related field.
- At least three years of experience in Human Capital, with demonstrated ability and track record of data analytics and reporting within the Human Capital functional area.
