- Commission and sign off refrigeration systems
- Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and execution
- Minimum 10 years of refrigeration experience
- Refrigeration technical qualification (essential)
- Proven project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Technical knowledge and hands-on understanding
- Must be mobile with own transport.
- Willing to travel.
