A well-established company in Ballito is looking for a dynamic Accounts Clerk with strong accounting and administrative skills to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and debtors
- Capture all debtor and creditor transactions, including reconciliations
- Follow up on payments and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and compile monthly financial reports
- Perform bank capturing and reconciliations
- Manage petty cash, credit card transactions, and stock control
- Provide administrative support as needed
- R7 000 – Working Hours 07h00 to 17h00
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum of 12 months in a similar position
- Excellent understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Experience with QuickBooks (advantageous)
