This is an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain the infrastructure of a 5-star bush property in one of Limpopo’s most scenic and biodiverse areas.DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and preventative maintenance of the lodge’s infrastructure, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are kept in peak condition. This includes electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, water purification, vehicles, and general building upkeep.The role requires someone with hands-on technical skills, strong organisational ability, and the leadership capacity to manage a small team. You will liaise with lodge management and contractors, implement systems and schedules, and uphold high standards in health and safety. Experience in a remote lodge or bush environment is essential.If you are solution-driven, mechanically minded, and enjoy the challenges of remote property maintenance, this could be your ideal next step.Package: R25,000 per month + live-in accommodation + meals
Start date: ASAPMinimum Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a lodge or remote property setting
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural maintenance
Knowledge of solar systems and generators advantageous
Good working knowledge of vehicles and preventative maintenance systems
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations
Experience managing maintenance staff and contractors
Highly organised, practical, and proactive
Must be able to live and work in a remote bush environment
