Qualifications:

A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in C#, .NET, or web technologies (advantageous)

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proficient in:

C# (.NET Framework/.Net Core/ASP.NET)
TypeScript (non-negotiable)
HTML & CSS3
SQL (including complex queries and optimization)
RESTful API development
Experience with:

ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework
Unit and integration testing
Agile software development practices
Desirable exposure to:

Front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
DevOps tools and Git version control
Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Develop and maintain full stack web applications (front-end and back-end)
Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs
Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and integrate with databases via ORM
Collaborate with team members during sprint planning, code reviews, and solution design
Participate in unit testing, debugging, and system optimization
Identify performance issues and continuously improve system performance
Maintain documentation for systems, APIs, and codebases
Contribute to innovation and improvements in application design and architecture
