As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the steel industry. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and driving sales to achieve targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients in the steel industry
Respond to client inquiries and provide product information and pricing
Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

Proven experience as an Internal Sales Representative, preferably in the steel industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of steel products and their applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong customer service orientation
Driven and target-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license
Reside in Gauteng or willing to relocate
