Maintenance Technician

• Machine Setup: Configure machines for the production of various products, including the physical adjustment and replacement of specific machine parts as required.
• Precision Adjustments: Calibrate machine settings to ensure all product specifications are met, including fine-tuning variables such as temperature, volume, and sealing parameters.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance in accordance with supplier guidelines, including tasks such as changing bearings and belts, lubrication (oiling and greasing), and replacing seals.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify and order necessary spare parts from approved suppliers using the companys established parts list.
• Basic Fault Diagnosis: Conduct initial troubleshooting in the event of machine breakdowns to determine whether the issue is mechanical, electrical, or electronic, enabling efficient escalation to the appropriate service provider.

• Major machine repairs are handled by external suppliers. The role focuses on machine setup and minor servicing or repairs.
• Some technical experience is required, particularly in a mechanical or technical environment.
