- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and analysis of project requirements
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications
- Oversee construction activities and provide technical support to the project team
- Interact with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
- Solid knowledge and experience in civil engineering design and analysis
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and construction practices in Cape Town
- Salary: R450K/yr – R850K/yr, salary negotiable
