Minimum requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.
  • National Diploma Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferably, formerly from a multinational or global company supplying industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation and reporting).

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Process customer sales orders accurately and timeously.
  • Track and communicate the status of customer orders with internal departments and clients.
  • Update delivery dates on CRM.
  • Handle incoming customer queries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Ensure compliance with EUC and Export Control requirements.
  • Ensure customers receive the best quality and professional service.
  • Work closely with finance to support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations.
  • Align with finance on payment terms and credit limits.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Assist with stock availability checks and maintain accurate forecasting records.
  • Manage export and cross-trade to other African countries, with knowledge of incoterms.
  • Track backorders and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate stock movements to customers with the warehouse and branches.
  • Prepare invoicing projections and forecast reports.
  • Compile reports for management and perform other administrative duties.
  • Provide accurate and constant feedback to management.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
