Our prestige client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Process Engineer to drive innovation, efficiency, and automation within their business processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically inclined, and has a strong understanding of business process engineering within the financial services sector. They should be skilled in SQL queries and /or data analysis with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation of business processes.Key Skills

Process Engineering & Optimization
Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Conduct gap analyses and identify inefficiencies, providing practical and innovative solutions.
Develop end-to-end process documentation using BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or other process mapping tools.
Drive automation initiatives using process automation technologies.
Develop and maintain process models, frameworks, and architectures aligned with business objectives.
Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks.
Solutioning & Innovation
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to develop scalable, technology-driven process solutions.
Investigate and present innovative ways to integrate automation, AI, and data analytics into business processes.
Ensure business processes are aligned with best practices, governance standards, and compliance regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work closely with business units, data engineers, developers, and senior management to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user-story mapping sessions, and process documentation reviews.
Develop and present business cases for process enhancements, focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved customer experience.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Informatics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Black Belt) certification is highly preferred.
Additional certifications in TOGAF, Business Analysis.
