- Process Engineering & Optimization
- Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Conduct gap analyses and identify inefficiencies, providing practical and innovative solutions.
- Develop end-to-end process documentation using BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or other process mapping tools.
- Drive automation initiatives using process automation technologies.
- Develop and maintain process models, frameworks, and architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Solutioning & Innovation
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to develop scalable, technology-driven process solutions.
- Investigate and present innovative ways to integrate automation, AI, and data analytics into business processes.
- Ensure business processes are aligned with best practices, governance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with business units, data engineers, developers, and senior management to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user-story mapping sessions, and process documentation reviews.
- Develop and present business cases for process enhancements, focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Informatics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Black Belt) certification is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications in TOGAF, Business Analysis.
