- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CCTV and access control security market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's footprint in South Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution design and delivery.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the CCTV, access control, or electronic security industry.
- Strong understanding of security systems, technologies, and integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required.
