3-5 years’ experience in Fault finding, System Integration and Solar Installations.
3 Phase Installation Electrical / Electrical Engineering Diploma qualifications.
Knowledge of relevant Production-, Engineering-, Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices.
Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems).

Responsibilities, but not limited to:1. Technical Support:

Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime.

2. Maintenance Planning and Support:

Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities.

3. Compliance:

Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation.

4. Customer Service:

Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
