We want a skilled CRM MarTech Specialist with deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, passionate about designing and executing customer journeys and marketing automations. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on optimising Martech systems, guiding migration projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your knowledge extends across multiple platforms and integrations and you’re eager to lead technical innovation in CRM communications.What Will You Do?
  • Lead the technical execution and optimisation of customer engagement platforms, primarily SFMC and Braze
  • Design, build and deploy personalised, multi-channel campaigns, journeys and automations that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Support and drive the strategic migration from SFMC to Braze, ensuring seamless communication transitions and improved capabilities
  • Collaborate with CRM leadership and Martech stakeholders to customise and enhance solutions across SFMC, Braze, Sales/Service Cloud and related tools
  • Integrate systems with GCP, Looker, Movable Ink and other Martech applications to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular system audits, identify gaps and propose improvements to optimise platform use and performance
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, providing consultative guidance and training to marketing teams across regions
  • Perform rigorous QA testing and troubleshooting to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for ongoing team enablement
  • Establish monitoring and alert systems to maintain optimal platform performance throughout migration and beyond
What Will You Need?
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript) and Braze (Canvas, Liquid templating, Connected Content)
  • Strong understanding of CRM and Martech ecosystems, including integrations with Sales/Service Cloud, GCP, Looker and similar tools
  • Proven track record managing platform migrations, optimisations and multi-channel campaign executions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience in training and supporting marketing teams on CRM best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across multiple teams and regions
  • Detail-oriented approach to QA, troubleshooting and documentation to ensure system reliability and campaign success
