Service Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience with hydro plant machinery.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• Master’s degree or MBA (advantageous).
• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Proven ability to deliver technical service and customer support.

• Expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of on-site machining (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Act as the go-to product and process specialist for customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose, maintain, repair, and upgrade hydroelectric equipment.
• Lead and support new product introductions and application development.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Manage on-site projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
