- Qualification in management or hospitality is advantageous
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry would be an advantage
- Ability to handle budgets, financial planning, reporting and cost control
- Experience in management, leadership, and team coordination
- Customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene regulations, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
