This role is all about bringing the numbers to life. You’ll manage reporting, compliance, and controls while guiding a small team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Other duties include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Overseeing reconciliations and journals
- Driving compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Supporting audits and tax submissions
- Supervising and mentoring finance staff
- Completed BCom degree
- 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting or audit
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous)
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred)
