Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis to support business performance.
Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Analyse cost structures and support pricing strategies.
Improve and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and cost analysis.
Assist with year-end procedures and audit preparation.
Support system and process improvement initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification is advantageous).
5–8 years’ experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
Solid working knowledge of ERP or financial systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
