- Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
- Motivate and supervise team members to maintain high performance and morale.
- Assist with scheduling and rostering.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a guest-centric culture focused on personalized service.
- Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Support budget monitoring and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Help enforce brand standards and operating procedures.
- Matric; Hospitality qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid RSA ID and Driver’s Licence preferred.
