- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events.
- Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
- Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and operating efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, orders, and cost controls.
- Assist with menu planning, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a remote bush environment with flexible hours.
- Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous.
