JOB SPECIFICATION: PROJECT KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER - ElectricalLOCATION: JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICASALARY: R25 000-35 000 take home nett (basic salary + travel/car allowance) 50% medical aid contribution + provident fund, Plus perfomance bonusesDuties and Responsibilities:The Project Manager is responsible for the management of Enterprise Clients and Data Center activity Key Accounts projects. The Project Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
  • Daily interaction with strategic customers (KPI to be set with manager) and development of strategic Company topics with Key distributors/channels/Investors, with the planning of special actions to increase brand awareness and sales of products defined during the Annual Sales conference.
  • Insure project reporting into CRM data base
  • Supports carry out designs and presentations to Engineers and Data Centre projects on all products in coordination with Pre-sales Group supports.
  • Carry out inspections of assigned Customer accounts and Projects, to establish correct practices according to Company’s requirements whilst being installed by the after sales Engineers.
  • Project manage and accurate sales/volume forecasts for specific product lines per Customer or project. KPIs to be set/discussed with Management.
  • Adequate market knowledge by continuously monitoring and analysing Competitors, market size & volume, new trends etc. in coordination with management and marketing.
  • Keep administrative records and carry out reporting as required by the employer.
  • The Management of the Southern African Company Data Center Solutions assigned region, ensuring that your total perimeter reaches assigned KPI’s and annual budgets.
  • Respect and ensure that you comply with Company sales strategy and company policies.
  • The management of product lines, with key focus on UPS and critical power solutions.
  • The Managing and introduction of new products in line with Market trends and pricing.
  • Monitor internal communication processes between departments and ensure effective delivery and services for projects
  • Reports on Customer service level, all reconciliations, and back orders for projects.
  • Participe to analyse logistics flows of goods and in case introduce cost saving initiatives and systems to ensure cost effective movement of goods whilst ensuring right level of customer service
  • Ensure the use of accurate, effective, relevant and action driven reports that will highlight risk and costs savings.
  • Execute all duties in strict requirement of Company South Africa’s compliance, health and Safety regulations, Company way rules and local legislation.
Area GautengMandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience or Tertiary Diploma with proven track record
  • In depth knowledge on UPS, Busbar, Cast Resin Transformers and Distribution boards.
