The Mid-Senior Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the UK market. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, securing new business, and nurturing long-term relationships with senior-level clients in the legal sector. Working remotely from South Africa, you will develop strategies, lead campaigns, and manage the full business development cycle to drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to grow our UK presenceGenerate leads through LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, outbound calls, and networking initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and decision-makersResearch market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to shape strategyCollaborate with leadership on targeted campaigns aligned with growth objectivesManage the full business development cycle from prospecting to closing agreementsRepresent the company with professionalism, ensuring trust and credibility in every interactionAbout YouProven track record in business development, ideally within the legal sectorExperience working with the UK market (essential for success in this role)Strong network of contacts across UK law firms and in-house legal teamsSkilled in LinkedIn campaigns, digital outreach, and email marketing toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesConfident in outbound calling to secure discovery calls and client meetingsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independentlyStrong organisational and time-management skills
