- Matric
- Post-Matric qualification in business administration or secretarial services would be advantageous
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Presentable with good communication skills
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly
- Manage and record incoming and outgoing client and courier mail
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery, placing orders when needed
- Manage meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, and arrange catering for staff and client meetings
- Plan and coordinate office events
- Maintain accurate online records of NATIS and related contractual documents
- Ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of company vehicles
- Generate and deliver amortization schedules, account statements, and settlement letters to clients
- Coordinate paid-up letters, cancellation letters, and NATIS document management
- Provide general administrative support as required
