Optimise applications for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Java certifications advantageous.

Experience:

7–10 years’ experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
