This support role focuses on social media management, content creation, marketing collateral, and campaign support to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media activities
- Create marketing materials and digital assets using Canva (or similar tools)
- Assist with photography and videography coordination for events, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Coordinate ordering of branded collateral, signage, and promotional material
- Support hotel departments with marketing requirements (events, F&B, room promotions)
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, and agencies as needed
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, seasonal offers, and events
- Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, or related support role (hospitality experience highly advantageous)
- Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
- Entry-level roles 1–2 years’ experience in content creation, posting, and social media coordination
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (basic photography/videography knowledge an advantage)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
