Recreation Africa focuses on detail, personal service, and beautiful surroundings to provide an unforgettable experience for guests.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role located at Carnivore, Misty Hills Conference Centre & Spa, (Muldersdrift) for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist to oversee all food and beverage operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and create and manage budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supervising food service and customer service staff, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Requirements:

Food Service and Food & Beverage skills including menu planning.

Experience in Training and managing staff.

Sound financial acumen and understanding for Food Cost and Beverage Cost.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

3 to 5 years valid experience in a similar role.

Matric/Grade 12. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality would be advantages.

Computer literate.
