- Qualified Operator of the Komatsu electrical dump truck range, with a proven track record in addition to expertise in the four main Komatsu products.
- Demonstrated experience as both an operator and trainer (Facilitator & Assessor)
- 2 - 4 years 'as an operator trainer in heavy earth-moving and heavy mining equipment.
- Qualified Operator with specific expertise in electrical dump trucks,
- 5 to 10 years of experience operating electrical dump trucks and multi-skilled mining equipment.
- Certification as a facilitator & assessor
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Staying informed about Komatsu products, including operating and maintenance standards, service bulletins, parts, and technical details essential for effective knowledge transfer and training execution in your area of expertise.
- Regularly updating and maintaining training materials, presentations, manuals, worksheets, tools, and tips for implementation in training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements related to training.
- Organizing the production and binding of training manuals and assessment tools.
- Planning and coordinating training itineraries.
- Implementing effective operator training rollout plans.
- Building capacity within the operator training function.
- Monitoring customer feedback and training outcomes to improve training effectiveness.
- Identifying and assessing customer training needs and trends to adapt training strategies accordingly.
- Providing training to customer operators in line with Komatsu standards and assessing their competency levels.
- Gathering up-to-date training materials and information from supplier companies to enhance training sessions.
- Distributing relevant information for inclusion in training manuals and documentation while integrating new materials and learning aids during training sessions.
- Traveling to customer sites, both locally and internationally, as needed.
- Addressing and resolving issues or challenges as they arise.
- Reporting on the outcomes of training sessions to track progress and effectiveness.
