Production Team LeaderQualification
  • National Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or BSc will be an added advantage
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years production supervisory experience within FMCG manufacturing industry
  • Malting/Brewing plant operations experience is preferred
Duties
  • Supervise production team to meet daily targets
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
  • Report on production performance
  • After hours’ support
