- 5 years experience on WMS Systems
- 5 years Clearing and forwarding experience
- 3 Years experience Fleet and transportation management
- 10 years relevant experience in warehousing and Logistics
- 3 years Bond store and collateral management experience
- 5 years Food and Heath and safely experience, with background in Auditing
- Management of Lage complex teams
- Ability to manage, align, monitor and report on performance at all levels within the business, while identifying and taking appropriate corrective action to ensure the achievement of objectives
- Ability to verbally exchange information and ideas in a clear and concise manner ensuring understanding and appropriate responses
- Ability to apply commercial focused project management principles in developing and implementing best practice solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through demonstrating an understanding and responsiveness to their needs, culture and differences
- Ability to provide effective administrative support in the roll out of strategy related projects
- Ability to provide effective administrative support to the Business Units and its stakeholders
- Ability to monitor and coordinate the budget process
- Ability to provide excellent service delivery in terms of administrative support when dealing with strategy related projects
