Serves as a warm, attentive presence throughout the guest journey (especially during night hours)
Supports guest arrivals, departures, and any late-night needs with calm clarity and care
Coordinates seamlessly with other teams to ensure the guest experience remains smooth, thoughtful, and responsive
Aware of each guests practical needs, adapting with empathy and discretion
Comfortable balancing solo responsibility during night shifts, including subtle oversight of wellbeing and the overall calmRequirements:Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification
At least 2+ years of experience in luxury operation as a Duty Manager with the experience to lead in a small operational team
Fully computer literate
Ability to monitor & ensure compliance
Demonstrates high levels of resilience in demanding environments with a positive outlook in challenging situations
You should be passionate about hospitality and regenerative practices, knowledge and love of all things wellness will be an advantage.
