Your engineering expertise and knowledge of managing plant efficiencies, as well as quality, cost and people management will be essential in ensuring production runs smoothly.To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment, Matric and an Engineering degree or equivalent, with a National Diploma in Production Management, technical knowledge and the ability to be proactive.
