Job Description:Manage administration and documentation related to monthly Payroll input
Assist the Store Operator with labour relations documentation
Assist the Store Operator with training documentation and reporting
Assist the Store Operator with the issuing of new employee contracts and onboarding of new employees.
Perform Cashier Supervisor functions such as cash ups, reconciliations, safe dropping, customer queries and overrides
Petty cash and Stationary management
Administering and organizing payment for sundry suppliers
Assist customers with credit applications, issuing of signed POD’s and account queries and refunds
Administration of Store vehicles (licensing) and fuel slips.
Assisting the Health and Safety Rep with documentation and administration.
General filling, faxing, scanning and administrative duties.Some Stores may require the additional functions of:Opening and Closing of the store
Satellite Store queries
Point of Sale account reconciliationJob Requirements:Matric
