Are you a driven finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? We are seeking an Investment Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure the accurate management, reporting, and analysis of investment accounting activities. This role combines technical expertise, strategic oversight, and people leadership to drive efficiencies, maintain governance, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting and reporting for investment assets across multiple licensed entities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Accountants, ensuring skill transfer and growth.
Ensure accurate, timely capture and reporting of investment transactions.
Review and prepare investment instructions, ensuring compliance with policies and mandates.
Take accountability for the review and allocation of investment returns across portfolios.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
Drive process improvements, risk management, and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Financial Management or Accounting.
Completed articles/traineeship.
Professional qualification (CA / CFA / ACCA / CIMA) is advantageous.
7–10 years’ experience in accounting and/or investments.
3–5 years’ management experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
