Manage and mentor a team of professional accountants
Oversee full financial function, reporting, and compliance
Partner with operations to drive efficiency and cost control
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Ensure strong internal controls and process improvements

Experience and Skills Required

CA(SA) – essential
5+ years post-articles experience
Minimum 3 years in a finance management role
Experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
