My client is looking for MidSenior Laravel Developer to join their team in a fully remote position (South Africa-based).Requirements:

Proficiency in PHP / TypeScript with strong knowledge of MVC, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Laravel and backend frameworks (e.g. NestJS).
Front-end experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design.
Database management systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Version control: Git.
Authentication and authorisation systems (Laravel Passport, Sanctum, Auth0).
Familiarity with task scheduling, queues, and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with package development in Laravel / NestJS.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest).
