This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on driving customer service excellence, optimising inventory and logistics processes, and leading teams through transformation. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining alignment with global supply chain strategies.Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Customer Service team to deliver seamless, KPI-driven support.
- Foster collaboration within the team, ensuring a high-performance environment.
- Drive sales follow-up, order management, and adherence to pricing policies and procedures.
- Align inventory targets with customer service goals while minimising write-offs.
- Monitor stock levels, review KPIs, and address financial deviations.
- Identify supply and logistics risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage 3PL warehouse and transport providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Track and improve shipping costs, proactively resolving risks and delays.
- Partner with management and cross-functional teams (Sales, S&OP, Finance, Warehousing, Legal).
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, quality controls, and international regulatory requirements governing warehousing and logistics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of SAP
- Strong leadership, change management, and process optimisation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
