Our client is seeking to employ an experienced and competent Administration Clerk.Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12. • 2-3 years’ relevant experience. • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, knowledge of Embrace will be advantageous). • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with the ability to communicate on all levels.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but is not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for receiving stock. • Receive and process all suppliers’ invoices on the system • Process all agent stock and ensure it gets picked daily. • Process claims if stock is incorrect and send it back to the supplier when products were wrongly received. • Ensure all administration is up to date.
