- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements related to recruitment processes.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with a focus on recruitment metrics and client communications.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and clients, candidates, and team members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of necessary materials and coordination of training sessions.
- Track and manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Organise recruitment events, webinars, and team meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Conduct market research related to recruitment trends and gather data to support strategic initiatives.
- Enhance administrative workflows by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear understanding of recruitment terminology.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-starter who works well independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
