The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children, aged 3–6 years. As Preschool Teacher, you will design and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development, while fostering a love for learning.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons and activities that support early childhood development.Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.Use storytelling, play-based learning, and creative activities to encourage curiosity and imagination.Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.Maintain classroom discipline through positive behavior management techniques.Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor play activities.Promote healthy eating, hygiene, and safety practices.Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s learning and development.Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members.Requirements:Education & Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Education, or a related field.Registration with a relevant teaching or early childhood authority (where required).Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to nurture children.Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to handle classroom challenges calmly and professionally.Additional Requirements:Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (advantageous).First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).Clear background check and child safety clearance.SALARIES ARE MARKET RELATED.The post appeared first on .
