
Warehouse Inventory Controller

- Oversee storage and movement of stock in the warehouse, ensuring proper categorization and organization.
- Maintain stock bins and locations in cooperation with segment managers, including segment separation, demo stock, and RMA's.
- Control and account for stock movements (inbound and outbound), including off-loading, verification, GRV capture, invoicing, and shelving.
- Prepare and manage dispatches: verify invoices, package goods, prepare waybills, and arrange cost-effective deliveries.
- Conduct quarterly stock takes and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings to accounting/finance.
- Support over-the-counter sales in cooperation with sales coordinators.
- Uphold strict access control within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist Warehouse Manager with MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain professional customer service, following up on deliveries and internal stock processes
- Matric certificate required.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Warehousing Operations strongly recommended.
- 3-5 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock control roles.
- Familiarity with stock management systems, such as Granite WMS, Sage 300, and Accpac.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of stock management best practices and products kept in stock.
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers and work collaboratively in a team.
