In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across our retail and distribution network, helping to streamline operations and deliver outstanding service to customers across Southern Africa.Key Responsibilities:

Monitro and maintain accurate stock records across warehouses and retail outlets
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock takes
Investigate stock variances and drive resolution strategies
Analyse inventory data to support replenishment and demand planning
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to optimise stock flow
Maintain data integrity in inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
Prepare inventory reports and support audit compliance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3–5 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or supply chain
Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Matric required; a relevant diploma or degree is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Work in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
