Join one of the top 10 freight and logistics leaders managing their retention team who focuses on automotive for roadfreight and local movements.Our client is seeking an automotive head who has worked with reputable autotmotive brands and OEM's within roadfreight, warehousing and distribution.While managing the Key Account Managers within this vertical and achieving key business deliverables, you will form part of a lucrative performance-based bonus scheme.Duties:
  • Tender management.
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Setting annual budgets for all customers.
  • Annual goal-setting.
  • Monthly reporting on new business and retention achievement.
Requirements:
  • Matric (non-negotiable).
  • National Diploma (preferential).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a management role (managing Key Account Managers) within road distribution within South Africa.
  • Any experience gained working for an Auto OEM in a Supply Chain or Logistics capacity.
