Purpose:To manage all inbound perishable stock, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements and accurate receiving.Key Responsibilities:

Manage receiving of perishable goods in line with food safety standards.
Enforce cold chain integrity during offloading and put-away.
Supervise inbound team across multiple shifts.
Ensure perishable KPIs are achieved (turnaround, shrinkage, damages).
Liaise with QA for temperature control and food safety audits.

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics/Food Safety preferred.
5+ years perishable warehouse experience.

Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, ISO standards and cold storage. * Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

Strong people skills.
