The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the farm’s productivity, quality standards, and sustainability remain at the highest level.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A degree or diploma in agriculture advantageous
Minimum of three years’ experience on apple or pome farm in a management role.
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Computer literate
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage.
Valid driver’s license
