This position is a hybrid role, based in Sandton.Experience required:Knowledge of ExcelGeneral Accounting PrinciplesExperience in a debtors department in the Hospitality Industry is advantageousKnowledge of Tourplan is advantageousA team player who is deadline driven and able to work under pressureA positive, collaborative, and energetic self-starter who takes initiative and is proactiveProven ability to work with integrity, maintaining confidentiality and trust in all financial dealingsDuties include:Actively collecting payments according to payment termsAccurate allocation of paymentsAssisting with Tourplan queriesReviewing the Debtors Age AnalysisSend invoices, account statements and payment remindersEscalating and resolving queriesDebtors ReconciliationsWeekly Bank reconciliationsMonth end processesProcessing and monitoring refunds and agent commissions
