Key Responsibilities:Manage lease agreements, tenant mix, and renewals to maximize incomeLead and control personnel, contractors, and maintenance activitiesOversee budgets, expenses, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and company policiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and community stakeholdersCoordinate marketing, revamps, and tenant turnover performanceRequirements:3-5 years experience in property/centre management with retail exposureMinimum Grade 12; Business, Marketing or Property qualification preferredStrong budgeting, contract, and financial management skillsExcellent people management, communication, and negotiation abilitiesIT literate (MS Office, SAP) with good administration skillsValid drivers license
