SALES AND LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR

- We are currently looking for a person with administration skills to join a busy Sales Administration Team
- Communicating with customers by telephone and email
- Liaising with Senior Sales Team and Production Departments in order to respond to requests for quotations
- Using the SAP system to process quotes, sales orders, packing instructions, despatches and invoices
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customers receive accurate information about the progress of their orders
- Organising couriers and transport companies to arrange delivery of goods
- Collating all documents relating to each order including shipping documentation and certificates
- Be a confident communicator in English and Afrikaans.
- Have good interpersonal skills, working well within a team and be able to build relationships with overseas clients
- Have excellent IT skills
- Have good attention to detail
- Be enthusiastic and conscientious
- Have the ability to work under own initiative and prioritise tasks when required
