WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES AND LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR.Job Elements: –
  • We are currently looking for a person with administration skills to join a busy Sales Administration Team
  • Communicating with customers by telephone and email
  • Liaising with Senior Sales Team and Production Departments in order to respond to requests for quotations
  • Using the SAP system to process quotes, sales orders, packing instructions, despatches and invoices
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customers receive accurate information about the progress of their orders
  • Organising couriers and transport companies to arrange delivery of goods
  • Collating all documents relating to each order including shipping documentation and certificates
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Be a confident communicator in English and Afrikaans.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, working well within a team and be able to build relationships with overseas clients
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be enthusiastic and conscientious
  • Have the ability to work under own initiative and prioritise tasks when required
